Upon waking at Ariel House, be greeted by the aromas of fresh bread, coffee, and sizzling bacon, in our Conservatory. Rose, our Head Chef, has been serving our award-winning breakfast for over 20 years and is accompanied each morning by her talented team.

Our breakfast offering includes a made-to-order menu of classic Irish breakfast dishes, as well as lighter options such as scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are all included, and our team will gladly assist with all other dietary requirements. One of our most popular dishes on the menu is The Traditional. A hearty plate of local Irish produce including Pat O’Neill’s grilled bacon, the world-famous Clonakilty Black & White Pudding, and Rose’s Homemade Potato Cakes. A signature item at Ariel House, Rose’s Homemade Potato Cakes are made using a family recipe that has been passed down through generations of Irish cooks. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they are the perfect accompaniment to a traditional Irish breakfast.

In addition to our menu options, we also offer a Breakfast Buffet which features Rose’s Homemade Granola, freshly baked bread, and pastries. Alongside a range of homemade jams and preserves, as well as fresh fruit and juices. You can help yourself to as much or as little as you like.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 11.00am on Saturdays and Sundays.
