Welcome to our elegantly calming, and newly refurbished, Drawing Room at Ariel House. A haven of peace and serenity, a place where time stands still, and the world beyond our Victorian bay window fades away. Relax in its atmosphere of warmth and intimacy, with soft lighting, plush sofas, welcoming armchairs, and leafy views of Lansdowne Road. Read up on Irish art culture and history from our book collection, or pick up a complimentary daily newspaper to take with you on your travels.

 

A delightful array of homemade bakes are lovingly prepared by our Head Chef Rose each morning and available with our compliments in the Drawing Room. The perfect complement to our selection of teas and coffees, which guests may help themselves to from dawn to dusk.

 

For those looking for something a little stronger, our Drawing Room now also features a brand new Honesty Bar. With a selection of spirits including Irish Whiskey and local Gin, as well an array of red, white, and rosé wines. If your stay at Ariel is for a more special occasion, you may also enjoy a chilled bottle of champagne. The Honesty Bar is self-service, and guests may pour a drink, by the glass or by the bottle, be it as an aperitif or a nightcap.
