Cancellation Policy

There are times when cancellations are unavoidable and we at Ariel House do understand these circumstances. Should you need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before your booked arrival time.

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel later 48 hours before your booked arrival time, your credit card will be charged for the first full night’s accommodation at the rate you booked.
